Payment & Prices

Full Payment for your cats stay will be taken online at the time of booking. You will be billed for the total number of calendar days you have booked. However, if you collect your cat before 10am, we will give you a discount equal to the value of one day’s stay off your total bill.

Single Night Bookings	You are more than welcome to book a single night stay for your pets at Little Hay Cattery. We carry a minimum charge of £39.74 for this service, irrespective of the number of days you book.

The above prices are not inclusive of food or winter heating charge.

Little Hay Cattery charges £1.92 per cat per day for food. A winter fuel charge of £1.20 per pen per day is applied from 1st November 2023 to 30th April 2024 to help cover the increase in heating costs during the winter period.

There is an additional charge of £18.00 inc. VAT per pen per night for bank holidays. Please see https://www.gov.uk/bank-holidays for a list of official bank holidays in England and Wales.

If you need to cancel or change your booking, you will need to notify us within the following:

1st April - 31st October: One month's (30 Days) notice
21st December - 4th January: One month's (30 Days) notice
All other dates: Seven days notice
