From November to February, the office will only be open for arrivals and collections by appointment. You can choose your appointment time on your booking form. If you need to change your drop-off/collection time, please email us within 24 hours or early the morning of your chosen day. Our gates will be closed between appointments, so failure to inform us of any changes to your drop-off/collection will result in a wasted trip.
Little Hay Cattery is a family-run business, and shares its site with several homes, other small businesses, and a working farm. Little Hay Cattery is closed to the public outside our Open Hours, even if the gates are open and people are about. We thank you for your understanding and courtesy in this matter.
